Employment As a part of the EMPLOYMENT ONTARIO partnership, the Muskoka Literacy Council staff will provide support in referring individuals seeking employment to the relevant agencies. Staff will also help facilitate individualized programming for those wishing to upgrade their skills to gain entry into the workforce or gain the skills to advance in the workplace. We offer 1:1 support for those who prefer it, as well as small group workshops in the following work-related fields: Customer Service (How May I Help You?), Call Centre, Hospitality, Retail, Skilled Trades: Helpers & Labourers, Supported Job Search, Food Processing, Food Counter Attendants, Health Care, Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance and Telephone Manners.
